		<description>I could not agree more. There is much to be said for the relationship between streets and buildings, vehicles and pedestrians, a block, public and private spaces. I think that more cities should adopt form based codes, such as Miami 21 which was implemented in the City of Miami last year. This new zoning code places emphasis on walkability, mixed use activities and transit.
